The word “safety” gets thrown around a lot in the private jet charter industry, and used very loosely to provide clients with a false sense of peace of mind. So what do we mean when we talk about safety?
Instead of just talking about safety, we’ve taken additional steps to prove it by becoming a Wyvern-registered charter broker. This ensures that every plane, pilot and aircraft operator exceed industry safety standards, meeting those used by some of the top corporate flight groups around the world.
Although arriving safely and on-time at your destination is important, we take extra steps and measure the overall safety of an operation by utilizing trained, expert aircraft crew on well-maintained planes, carefully selected after reviewing third-party safety audits and up-to-date reports regarding pilot experience and history.
First, we only use FAR Part 135 and 121 (or foreign equivalent) air carriers, certified by the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and that carry a substantial insurance policy. After we locate the right aircraft options for your flight, we perform pre-flight and pre-booking checks to ensure compliance with our strict safety standards.
We also verify that the pilots and flight have sufficient medical exams, exceed industry flight time standards, and are qualified to pilot the specific aircraft you’re chartering. All of the private flights arranged by Orlando Jet Charter are flown by two pilots, unless requested otherwise under special circumstances.

In order to work for our private aviation company, we require all employees AND 1099 contractors to undergo pre-employment screenings to assess integrity, including the following: National Criminal Search, National Sex Offender Check, Terrorist Watch List (OFAC), Address History, AKA Names, Lawsuits, Judgments, Liens, Bankruptcies Search, Associates, FAA & Watercraft.
